Built in 2007, a down town Minneapolis studio consisting of a  main mix room with iso booth, a 2nd control room with a large music recording room, all on isolated slabs, a third small control room / iso booth combination. The facility houses multiple edit / mix rooms, a theatre and lots of office and client lounge space.

Studio design & consulting, collaborative construction with GC, studio glass, doors, acoustical treatment.
