Dave Ahl, Founder, Ahl, Incorporated
Dave Ahl started building recording studios in 1984. He blended his passions as a designer, carpenter and musician, becoming recognized as one of a very few studio designer/builders in the Midwest. As a founding member of the seminal Minneapolis Punk Rock band The Suicide Commandos Dave understands the needs of musicians and engineers, and can tune a studio as well as he can tune his guitar or drums.
